Kepa Arrizabalaga: Chelsea goalkeeper fined and apologizes for Wembley episode

Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga has been fined seven days' wages and apologized for declining to be substituted amid Sunday's Carabao Cup the last thrashing by Manchester City.
