EPL LATEST TRANSFER NEWS
Leicester City have received no bids for wantaway winger Riyad Mahrez, according to ESPN.
The
Algerian was pulled out of his national team to complete a switch away
from the Foxes but despite links with Barcelona and Chelsea, a deal is
yet materialise.
Manchester United are preparing another raid on Chelsea as they look to lure WIllian to Old Trafford, according to the Sun .
The
newspaper reports that Jose Mourinho is keen to bring the Brazil
international to Man United, where he would follow in the footstep of
another former Blues star Nemanja Matic.
However, the Red Devils would be forced to spend in the region of £35 million for the 29-year-old's services.
Chelsea have launched a €25 million bid for Torino defender Davide Zappacosta, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport .
The
Italy international is a full-back and has been on Antonio Conte's
radar for some time. Having missed out on Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, the
Blues are determined to add reinforcements before the close of the
summer window.
Chelsea have had an offer for Bayern Munich defender Rafinha rejected, according to Sky Sports.
The Blues lost out in the race for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, who joined Liverpool, and Antonio Conte is desperate to add a right-sided player to provide competition for Victor Moses.
Rafinha,
who turns 32 in September, is one of a number of targets being
considered by Chelsea, with Backary Sagna also said to be an option.
Tottenham are set to battle Chelsea for Swansea City striker Fernando Llorente, according to The Sun.
The
Blues are in pole position to sign the Spain international in a £15
million deal, but Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is hopeful he can steal
in to provide competition for Harry Kane in north London.
Diego
Costa could be set for a surprise loan switch to Las Palmas to help
facilitate his transfer to Atletico Madrid, according to the Sun.
The
28-year-old is expected to leave Chelsea before the end of the transfer
window in order to return to Atletico, but cannot play for the Madrid
club until January due to their transfer ban.
The
Liga side cannot register any new players until January 1, so a loan
move to Las Palmas would help Costa keep fit ahead of the new year.
Chelsea have seen their opening £25 million bid for Everton midfielder Ross Barkley rejected, according to a report from the BBC.
The
Toffees are said to be holding out for £50m for the 23-year-old, though
with only a year left on his contract the asking price may be dropped
before Thursday's transfer deadline.
Barkley has turned down a new deal at Everton, with the midfielder wanting to make the move to the Premier League champions.
Diego
Costa is edging closer to a move to Atletico Madrid as the club are in
talks with Chelsea to re-sign him for £41 million, the Evening Standard claims.
The
striker has not returned to Chelsea since the summer break and has
publicly criticised the club for the way they have treated him. A return
to Atletico has long been his preferred destination and it seems a
breakthrough in talks has finally been made. If the deal does
materialise, he will be unable to feature until January 2018 due to the
transfer ban imposed on the club.
Chelsea
are optimistic of agreeing a deal with Leicester City to sign Danny
Drinkwater before the transfer window closes, according to the Daily Telegraph .
Leicester
reportedly want close to £40 million for the midfielder, while Chelsea
have offered £25m for the England international but feel a compromise
can be reached.
Cagliari are interested in signing Chelsea striker Loic Remy, according to Sky Sport Italia, via Sky Sports .
Remy
struggled with injury during a loan spell at Crystal Palace last season
and could head to Serie A in a bid to get his career back on track.
Juventus are interested in the possibility of signing Chelsea and England defender Gary Cahill, according to The Sun .
The
Serie A champions have enquired about the centre-back as they seek a
replacement for Leonardo Bonucci, who left for rivals AC Milan. Chelsea
have been linked with a move for Virgil van Dijk, and his arrival could
pave the way for Cahill to join Juventus.
Chelsea star Eden Hazard will do everything in his power to force a move to Real Madrid this summer, according to Don Balon .
The Belgium international has seen his name linked to both the Merengue and Barcelona in the current transfer window.
And
as Madrid struggle to close a deal for Kylian Mbappe, they have
returned to Hazard - who can count Blancos coach Zinedine Zidane among
his admirers.
Chelsea winger Willian is now in pole position to replace Neymar at Barcelona, according to France Football .

Brazilian has found it difficult to adapt to life at Stamford Bridge
under Antonio Conte, and has spent a lot of time in the bench since the
ex-Juve man took over.

while Conte would be reluctant to sell his star, Barca see him as the

having multiple bids already rejected, Chelsea will return with a €70m
offer for Juventus full-back Alex Sandro, according to c alciomercato.com .
The
Italian champions are reportedly still confident they will keep the
Brazilian, and will put forth an improved contract offer to ensure he
stays in Turin.
Michy Batshuayi is determined to stay at Chelsea this summer, the Daily Mail reports.
The
Belgium international wants to fight for his place at Stamford Bridge
despite interest from both Lille and also West Ham United.
