Marco silva is aiming for strong start at home against Liverpool on Saturday

marco silva
watford manager is aiming to build another formidable home record at Vicarage Road as he prepares to start his Watford tenure against Liverpool.
The 40-year-old went 41 matches without suffering a home defeat – working with four different clubs in the process – before his Hull City side were defeated by Sunderland in May.
Now Silva wants to immediately begin turning Vicarage Road into a fortress as Liverpool head south for Saturday’s Premier League opener (12:30 BST).
"I believe it’s the best way [to start the season] because we start to play at home, and for us it’s really important to start a big connection between us and our fans,” Silva told watfordfc.com.
“You need to show something special in every match at home, in our stadium, to start to build something special.”
